what happened?  why was his bail revoked?

His bail wasn't revoked. He has been released on his own recognizance, which is where you basically agree to abide by the judge's order to have no contact with his "victim" in the case, prommise to appear for your trial..and released without having to post bail. Because he chased after & took pics of Danny 20 mins. after the initial court hearing, the judge angrily revoked his recognizance & jailed him & requiring him to post bail.

Also, I don't think you had to stop filming him. I don't think there's any expectation of privacy in the government parking lot. If they wished to discuss the case in private they could go back inside and request a room or sit the car.

I was trying to get AngryGayPope, who has a flair for yelling & getting into Scilon's faces to stop. The reason being is that anyone that has lived or been to Riverside County knows the Sheriff's Dept is run like a small-town Georgia sheriff - they have follow thier own unwritten rules. I had no doubt that the Scilon attorney could have easily called 9-1-1 and had us arrested for "stalking" based on the prevailing attitudes of Riverside sheriff's deputies we'd already encoutered.

No wonder people who moved to Riverside to get away from beach traffic are moving out of RivCo in droves! The corruption is terrible and no doubt the creepy criminal cult is filing every motion imaginable (to drain him dry) and the stupid judge is letting them do it!

Here's an idea, the next time you guys go to Gold, bring a tape measure and CLEARLY mark the 50' trespass line.

NEVER EVER have cameras in the open, always use hidden, concealed cameras to document the actions of others.

A concealed camera captures the TRUE actions of the person attempting to harm you or make false claims. VIDEO TAPED EVERYTHING, have the person documenting with video be LOW KEY, and have two people if possible. You are documenting for liability protection

If the attorney for scientology can get away with the threats on the parking ground we see in the first part of the video, there is somethings wrong with the court system in USA. It cant be right that an attorney can get away with anything, just because he is an attorney. You should have taken that video to the court as evidence on threats. If they come up with a case against any demonstrators, then just bring the video to the court as evidence, but remember to make copys first.
