  • Due process = Legal process, which is defined more in Amendment # 6.

    There are, at least slightly, different processes within each of the three types of legal actions (law, equity, maritime)

    Law = criminal, an action that breaks, fractures or violates a law.

    Equity = ownership, contractual that does not violate any law.

    Maritime = the law of the seas

  • The President does not appoint the Supreme Court Judges. President merely nominates the Judges for Congressional Approval.
