It has 6 lakes for breeding fish prepared with drainage systems and weirs Bungalows novel could be made floating (tourism) as well as bungalows on Earth. Tour can be made to the reserved areas Alpahuayo Mishana, Pacaya and Samiria.

The landscape is very beautiful and very quiet, go wild birds such as parrots, parakeets, herons, paucares, etc. The grounds are well maintained and has fruits like guava, citrus, coconuts, Humari, noni, watering, macambo uvillas, flowers, crotons and other wild species.

It has a small longhouse on one of the lagoons to rest in hammocks. There is a two-story house for the guardian and his family also have a half-built longhouse 14 meters in diameter, with good materials (just missing the roof). In one of the gaps are and gamitanas paiches sample.
