A doctor from the local VD clinic calls your victim to tell them an ex-partner has caught something very nasty. They can't revile who the ex-partner is, but need to know if they have any symptoms...

Place a call to someones parents while the child is out and say this: Sir? Im from the local police station and your son has been arrested for shoplifting and car theft. Can you come down here?

Another simple prank that can produce hilarious results. Call somebody and ask them how babies are made. I know how simple it is, but I've gotten some hilarious reactions out of people with these.

The good thing about this prank is that it works even with answering machines. Call somebody and either get them on the phone or get to their answering machine. Talk in a high, childish voice and say, "Hi, is your refridgerator running?" Then laugh a childish laugh. Then have somebody in the background yell "Timmy you little bastard!! What the hell are you doin' on the phone!?" Then scream like a little kid and hit a pillow to make it sound like some father is beating his kid.

This is a good prank if you want to annoy somebody. call them up and say "Hi! I'm Bob from the Bubble Factory, and I saw bubbles and bubbles and bubbles and bubbles and bubbles..." Until they hang up. Then, call back and as it's ringing say, "and bubbles and bubbles and bubbles and bubbles and bubbles..." so when they answer they will hear it from the start. Repeat until you are satisfied.
