  • Yes, zigzag is prep for the turn drill... in zigzag, you go 3/4 speed and the dribbler acts as if the defender is not even in front of him, in order to move down the court. The defender is just working on his footwork, staying ahead of the dribbler. The turn drill is a fullspeed, competitive drill to get the defender to force the turn... Thanks!

  • is the difference between the turn drill and zig zag drill that the zig zag is just supposed to stay with the defender,not alter him or was the zigzag turn preparation??
