Gingerman in Downtown Austin near Guadalupe on Fourth Street

This video is longer than usual but this bar is much bigger and nicer than usual. I have read in the American Statesman that this place is toast. My son told me The Dog and Duck is a goner too, I think he's right. It is therefore my pleasure, and my self imposed duty, to record and blog about all of these cool places I have ignored for years. I've been in most of them at least once but some I have never been to before, in my life. I'm shooting for 365 different places to get an adult beverage in the Austin area in one year and hope to make a video and a blog entry on each one. Can I do it? I doubt it, but I'm gonna try to the very best of my limited abilities, I can say that much. There are just too many interesting places out there that nobody gets to see except the people who live here.
