  • Can we exercise on this? I like doing moderate exercise every day. Mostly half hour of stretching, walking for 45 minutes, and a few pushups and situps. Please help!

  • @MethodiousMind Avoid exercise that micro-tears muscle or makes you sore. Cardio, yoga, pilates, and stretching are all great options during the VLCprotocol. Good Luck!

  • The diet was banded by the government in 1980 since it had been a popular diet through DOCTOR'S offices in the '70's, but people complained that they lost the weight quickly and then REGAINED it as well. This was after paying lots of money. Kevin Trudeau explains this in "The Weight Loss Cure." I paid $300 to do the diet in 1978 through a DOCTOR'S office but it was called the "Pregnant Urine Diet" back then. I went on Dr. Stillman's Diet after I left and so I kept my weight off.

  • Did they have you follow Dr. Simeons protocol? I've had multiple clients who also did the "Pregnant Urine Diet" and they all had no protocol to follow.

  • They never mention a word about Dr. Simeon or a Protocol, but gave me a sheet of paper with the 500 cal. diet and food list just like in "Pounds and Inches" & I got the shots M, W, F, done IM in the buttocks. My husband went nuts when he found out what I'd paid so I didn't cheat ONCE, and I kept it off, but they didn't tell me anything about P3. I did Stillman on my own & kept it off. I dropped 30# in 6 wks. I was even told because of privacy NOT to talk to other patients in the waiting room.

  • I'm not surprised...and they didn't have you "load" which is very important in the hunger component. Now that we understand fat is an organ We can better explain how hCG may actually work and why each part of the protocol is essential in maintaining losses.  Unfortunatly, if someone eats for all the wrong reasons, protocol or not, they will gain their weight back.

  • I wonder how you are able to coment on this if you have never heard of it? Also why do you feel the need to make it sound so bad? It has worked for alot of people I know here. One of our doctors here is doing it. My regular Dr. is going to start doing it in January.  So there are doctors on board. I don't know what you have against it. It's working great for me & has for a bunch of people.

  • I think you have good points; however, you lose credibility when your "TITLE" is misspelled.

    One point of age of protocol: been around since the 1950's... chinese medicine has been around for thousands of years and acupunture is still practiced today. I think it is more of a case of conventional medicine and pharmaceutical sales reps taking kick backs. The fatter we become, the fatter their pockets become.
