Gentle giants of towering redwoods, reaching towards the sun's light. Standing like sentinels, they whisper of ancient wisdom. "Grandfather tree, teach us how to return to balance and resonance with the earth." Wind of the west, bring us understanding, help us find balance. We are each other.
Studio notes: To create a feeling of deep peace, an ancient 9/8-4/4 Shamanic polyrhythm is used on a combination of tribal drums with a Dmi flute as well as ambient electric guitar and special drones that serve as a soothing space. Two ancient Mayan chants invoke universal intelligence and cosmic balance. Images of redwood forests and mountains of the Pacific Northwest take us into the land of the great trees.

The open scene with the rock and water shows an image of a large dog's head similar to a Saint Bernard.

I live here, and when you are in this kind of landscape you keep expecting to see a misty ghost wolf or something to show up under the trees. Haven't actually seen that, but I have seen a 10 point buck in the fog. It's mesmerizing scenery.
