@reeceyfezza unlike Mortal Kombat which actually has a story to follow, characters you root for and root against, a more theatrical experience to say the least. A universe that actually indulges the fighting genre and shows it through it's stages, it's references, it's very continuity. Instead of just half-assing crossovers like Tatsunoko and SF vs Tekken and the like. Sorry but this comment is connected to the responses I made to reeceyfezza, read the others if you're this intrigued.

"reselling" games to them over and over again. I like to think that this only happens because said Capcom fans are gullible enough to buy Street Fighter ABCDEF and G, Resident Evil ORC and all the remakes, and all of the less-unique Megaman remakes and spin-offs that come out. Capcom keeps making these remakes and Alphas and Super/Ultra/Hyper/Turbos because the fighting genre is the easiest audience to sell to - add in "shiny" visuals and 4 new characters and the fans will buy it.
