Optimus said those because they are defeated by the decepticons and he want Human to help Autobots. This not just the Autobots vs Decepticons but Autobots/Human vs Decepticons. Optimus doesn't want the earth to be like cybertron. Thats what i thought. x)

@Millertalon It seemed to me the logical conclusion. You notice in the Battle sequences, except for Optimus fighting, that it was humans fighting the decepticons. I say the humans will get defeated, and it will either be that the Autobots left and came back, or stayed in hiding and came back to aid the humans.
