I was here today. Won 3 times, and always placed top 3. Best way to get the most speed:

1. Make sure you push off well

2. Put as much of your body on the mat as possible, this includes pushing your chin down onto the top of the mat

3. DO NOT lean on your elbows! They act as brakes. Put the to the side and lay completely on your chest.
