Groovy raw food birthday party at the GUARAPO.com restaurant in Vilcabamba, Ecuador!
March 16th, 2010.

Mango Cake ingredients:
CRUST - 2 Cups walnuts, 1/2 Cup dates, dash of cinnamon
CHEESECAKE LAYER - 2 Cups macadamians, 1/3 Cup honey, juice from 1 lemon
MANGO LAYER - 4 Cups mangoes, 2 dried pineapple rings, 1 ripe banana, 1 T coconut oil
TOPPING - 1 Cup wild strawberries, 1 T honey, 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • yummy, beautiful face painting! would you post more recipes, mainly the salsa, nacho cheese, beet and carrot salad and walnut basil dip? i know how to make the others, these all look so delicious! You have a beautiful family.

  • Yummy. I see that comment about the food being gross for a party--probably from someone who thinks greasy pizza and hot dogs look appetizing; eek. Well I think it's beautiful. For my daughter's bday I think we will do a make your own raw cake thing and the kids can all do their own mini dessert with ground nuts, fruit, agave, etc. I am looking for ideas that would be easy for kids 4-9 yrs old.
