North St. Louis has a lot of problems, The reason this people probably could live in the houses is because the economy and could not afford it. So they thought they should try to get something for the house before the housing market crashed to far.
The northside needs help and when some tries you don't want it your own fault.

This is TOTALLY unacceptable ! The politics inthis city stinks. Old North St.Louis and the surrounding neighborhoods have been is trouble for many years. I have been a native of St.Louis my whole life.
