I love this it's real music, I hate the music of this generation I was a 90s kid and the music then was pretty good but nothing beats 80s music!

@jkramarz321...its just a coming of age song in a time of dealing with the lifestyle of over indulgent drugs, sex and partying.

I took the song to be the thoughts of someone who had just died, and is adapting to a new life/new reality/heaven. The "caught in a dream", "living on ice cream" and "learn how to fly" lines give me that impression. Not sure about the rental costumes or what that means. Perhaps there's a welcome party in the afterlife?
g! The music seems to match that feeling, a little sad, mellow, and a childlike feeling of a new place, like Oz (Emerald City) that you get to after this life.

An absolutely perfect song from a perfect album . . . this song actually brings tears to my eyes . . . I dunno . . . a lament for a lost youth? Whatever . . . Excellent song . . .
