  • some squint eyes on this guy

  • @sonicballer8888 thank u for ur kind reply, mate :]

i also heard about this "full frame" thing [which i have no idea what it Really means, but i bet its the same as that sensor size u talked bout]... but, again, about that video quality-wise only=>..does that bigger sensor thing-makes the Big difference? or are those the lenses themselves [which u can use also on the 550D ..and then it might be a better combination? u save money on the Body of the cam, and have space change for Great Lenses?

  • @eladbari

the 5D has a bigger sensor. Therefore a shallower depth of field, and better low light capabilities. Not much better, but it's better.

It also has manual audio control, which is very important unless you record your audio and video separately.

  • i am wondering what are the Video capabilities of the 550D vs. the 5D Mark II. if its all in the lenses u use? or is there a Real difference within the cameras themselves?

    Anyone knows?

p.s-what camera was used to shoot this interview?

  • Nice interview. He gives a mountain load of credibility to the Canon HDSLR's. being that he is the DOP of the best show on TV "24". But hey only 6 minutes of footage with the DOP of the most popular show in history??? Shame on you....lol
