Still pains me to see him use 2 speed diff switch to turn on supercharger, after all these years, if the compressor aint turning the motor aint running. LOL.

@05gtdriver It was real dude. I researched it. It was just never put into production. It was designed to be shut off in the outback where premium was not available in some cases. check out maxrockatansky. org. he has a replica with a working on/off blower

@Mentorcase Yeah, the fake supercharger bit is disappointing even after all these years. Although the "cool" factor in regards to audience reaction is why it was done is such fashion, but to people who understand engines & engine functions, get a kick out of such "liberties" taken by the movie making industry. :)
