i think this is the path dir en grey couldve taken but they went with wut they sound like today. i like ReS more than Diru though ;)

They are hardly like Diru : l I can see a small similarity in some parts, but they are able to develop their own sound.

theyre nothing like diru.. im sick of everybody comparing every jrock band to them. and saying they imitate them. is dosile :S

They have their own style, i thing... I listening DeG a lot, and i could say that) But some of their song really goes to Diru with their sound..

I agree with the above posted comment, that RES is very similar to DIRU, especialy some of the new tracks on their new album, but you gotta remember they are working with Kyo, ..but Satsuki has more tro his voice than Kyo
