@editboxes As for what he's talking about - Chi does exist, but it's not like he's describing it (of course, that's my experience, but my experience is also a lot more concrete and practical than what this guy is describing).

@DrMadolite If you actually DO it you will realise that the sensation is different from the normal sensation of heat. As to whether this is a 'psychological' process or 'energy'? What do those terms actually mean? Whatever the nature of the experience- it is throught your brain and neurology that you experience it
