Know this: By the time he got scammed and banned the entire elite pirate core had already left his side because he decided to act like a dictator.
I know he has a bad mouth, an ego the size of a cathedral, BUT you must give him what is his... and I do not see this happening.
The majority of you, meaning people who are talking crap about him, will not achieve this: Kills 12,833 Losses 115 and in my opinion this is his!

Don't get me wrong, I am not a Ginger Fan, in my opinion he was a very poor leader! Probably the worst I have ever seen, but he was popular and he was a very good teamplayer, ready to risk more than anybody involved in a ganking party.
1.October Snow reinvented the piracy concept in EVE, we were famous for our ability to close down the road with maximum precision!
2.The most valuable KILL in the history of EVE belongs to us.
3.Ginger Magician IS NOT October Snow! He was there too...

Actually he was banned from EVE because he already had lots of complaints from carebears like you, who got owned and looted on a daily basis. Things got messed up when the biggest scammer in EVE decided to join our ganking parties and eventually pulled him into his famous scam. His complaint was flawless : he wasn't afraid that he got threatened, but his wife witnessed the threat and she got scared..blah blah.
