Why will you be offended? You must be a short-brain if you get offended, it may be stereo-type, but its just for laugh. Same as us Filipino do not see it a Karaoke mad, Because for us the Japanese are Karaoke mad, worst than Filipino.

puta translates to: whore, also used as: "fuck!"
putang ina mo translates to: ur mom is a whore, used as: ur mom is a whore/ fuck u.

Actually, Putang ina literally means "whore mother" and the closest english translation would be "Son of a bitch". I guess you're not Filipino.
