l recommend this so much if your looking to feel better about yourself whether you have depression or you need to firm up and lose a few pounds this is the dvd for you l wouldn't recommend it if it didn't work,
l do it 3 times a week.
l don't have a six pack but my tummy has got smaller and is becoming firm.
I want to thank you for my mom for posting this video. Trying to find videos to work her abs has been very hard to find for her. This has helped her alot.

@mysticbutterfly78 watch for your level meaning either keep up with her or go at a slower pace depending on the individual,the key is the do these 3 times a week and also watch what kinds of foods you eat,and no soda.
you will look and feel great you can do it :)
