How to Lower the Gun in Halo Reach (Inside Gaming Plus Tutorial)

Lowering you gun in Halo Reach is possible and easier than Halo 3. For the impatient here is the low down: Hold the switch grande button, reload button, push in on the right thumb stick and down on the D-Pad for 2 seconds. The button's change depending on your layout so experiment and have fun making Machinima in Halo Reach!

Fuck, isn't pressing Reload and Switch Grenade at the same time unusual enough for players not to accidentally do it?

You have to prepare for the Grenade Switch, awkward scoping, and possibility of Reloading or Switching Weapons with whatever you're standing over.

On the default layout, you need the same thumb for both buttons. Better yet, just make it down on the D-pad! It's not used for anything else!

I'm frankly shocked and appalled that Bungie could make such a godawful design decision!

@johnrossl They didn't and won't patch it. Make your network setting is offline.

@98JSPARTAN Because in Halo 2 people used it as a weapon glitch so they would do it again if you could use it online.

Help it wont work for me did they patch it because i am using recon and i am holding down x, right stick,rb and down on the d pad but it wont work can anyone help. I am also offline
