@hallinanmatthew In my experience Christians are the worst for shoving beliefs down people's throats. I don't know about other places, but in my town centre there are regularly church groups harassing people about religion. Although I am an atheist, I don't really care whether other people are religious or not. It's their choice and they're happiest like it. But this man genuinely said to me that as I do not believe in God I will lead a "worthless life". Well that's a cheery things to say.

I'm sorry guys if I say such a terrible meaning, this might sound very offending to Rob Byrdon and all his family. @TomFynn But my main point is that my problem with atheists-bar their generalisation of religious peoples - is when they do as you've done here, thinking you can just make people stop believing. You come across as thinking you can just make them stop believeing, when one of the main problems people have with people with faith is that they supposedly all shove their beliefs down people's throats. I don't wanna insult you or anything, but surely you can see why this bugs me?
