i would like for you to know that the reason your camera didnt catch the light is because you had your nightvision on. it uses infared which is below the the visible light spectrum to humans, and the glow of the algae doesnt produce infared light.

There are places they let you swim here... I wouldn't suggest it though lol there is an abundance of jellyfish.. Wouldn't do it again lol.

been there and its the experience of a lifetime. honestly i went on the same tour from the Carnival cruise ship and the bus ride was terrible but defidently worth it. Unfortunately there is almost no places in the world with the dinoflagelits and when i learned about them in science class i sounded real smart

@ponderlicious your welcome. It was an amazing experience. I probally would not do it again though. so many bugs lol. and coming back is so hard because you have to paddle upstream. the current gets strong. but im really happy I did it. its def a MUST do in PR for your vacation
