  • haha he meant early 2011 but its not gonna be dispensed until late march 2012

  • since when did i need a special card to buy alcohol? its such bs that weed has been illegal for as long as it has

  • @capitalist4life You can't go to a "competitor" when all of the "cometitors" are dead in the street. In England, the Vietnamese mafia has apparently taken over the weed industry, they sell nothing but grit weed, and they have informed all "competitors" that their choices are to leave town, quit selling weed or end up with their brains splattered in some nondescript London alleyway.

  • @capitalist4life Not jailed, unless you do something really egregious, like put ground glass or carborundum grit in it, to make it look expensive, while carving up the lungs of anyone unlucky enough to smoke it. But if you do something like neglect to remove all of the male plants, generally cut corners, then advertise the schwag that results as being high quality, you should have to pay some fines at the very least. Just like if someone did the same thing with any legal product.

  • Medical Marijuana is far from a problem in any state that allows it. Living in Washington State I can tell you it may be abused but the people who may abuse do not cause problems. It is a lot of work to get a recommendation and not worth the trouble if you know someone who sells pot allready. I just want to see some what sensible laws about what and what I can't put into my own body. If I want to smoke some pot please let me smoke some pot I'm not going to rape anyone or break into cars.

  • Then God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you genesis 1;29

  • After you have made medical marijuana legal will you try and make it legal for all? I think you should, it would cut down crime and besides, it really doesnt deserve to be illegal at all.

  • @yerk3 So would you want me jailed if I sell poor quality pot? The best thing about drug prohibition is the lack of regulation. If you get bad pot, go to a competitor.

What do you mean by corruption? Also, I'm against taxation in all forms but we need not open that can of worms.

  • somebody should smoke a joint in front of congress

  • @capitalist4life You're basically demanding that it be treated like no other substance on earth. As long as it has monetary value, it should be regulated. Wherever money changes hands, there is the potential for corruption, and the need for regulation. It should be treated exactly the same as legal psychoactives like alcohol: it should be taxed whenever it is bought or sold, and regulated to ensure quality.
