*Single Arm KB Split Snatch 10/10
*BW Hip Hop 20
*Two Arm BB Wrestlers Twist 10/10
*Giant Circle Swing 10/10

  • How do you construct the sand bag for the Giant circle? Also suggested starting weight for the Wrestlers Twist? I weigh 172# and are in fair condition.
