interestingly enough i made kaioh into an army cadence when i was in the service and leading my soldiers while marching in a formation as a SGT (sergeant), it goes like this: "hey kaioh, look out your castle, here comes your daddy your rough tough lean mean daddy, ready to pound you, and make you shut up."

Kaioh is definately the basis for Akuma....and Kenshiro's master Ryu I think, looks like Ken and Ryu's master Gouken just not as swole lol.
