thx for the lesson. i was noticing all this stuff about good guitarists not needing capos. straight B.S. capos have been around just as long as guitars and there is a reason for that. it jus makes ur life easier. i don't see people knocking electric tuners. what you don't have perfect pitch? loser (sarcasm). I've seen vai and satriani use capos. Do they suck at guitar? these people trashing capos are jus silly. people will talk trash about anything nowadays. thx again.

@kreb42 You are 100% correct my friend. Ego destroys music. Regarding any subject, that kind of closed minded, "look what I can do", mentality is always a front for incompetence. Vai and Satch don't have don't to prove to anyone that they are incredible. There music speaks for itself. And for those haters reading this. Shut your piehole and play. Let your guitar do the talking and let us decide if you are good or not.

haha you don't NEED capo man and all (decent) guitarists can play songs with out one

@slowhand633 Do you have all your bar chords down and are able to play them as quickly as open chords? IF so, then you can do all these chord with bar chords. Just use your first finger to replace the capo.

if you have a rubber band and a pencil you have a capo
