If you watched the film you'd realise that he was framed by a Racist White Govenment, as a White person I think it's disgusting that this type of stuff goes on within the world.

You need to look more in depth into this case. Mumia's case was falsified and it was unjust and even illegal. He is an innocent man.

All you need to do is see all the other Black Panthers who were accused of killing a cop. This is the only guy that they could competently frame.

Oh, bull. He was closer to the shooting than anybody, and he's Mumia's BROTHER. Why hasn't he said anything until recently?! If this "documentary" wants to make an appearance of being well-researched and/or unbiased, his brother bring there should be at least MENTIONED.You tell me the references aren't there, I'll see it for myself when it shows up on Netflix, but for now I am concluding it is biased garbage, just like A Case for Reasonable Doubt.

I believe his testimony explains that he was in the car at the time looking for things in the backseat. i.e. not looking at the street. Also it was dark, there were other people on the street and he had just been beaten up in the head, so it is completely plausible that he didn't see the shooting. I think the references aren't there because its a moot point. He has explained that he hasn't seen anything and there isn't much else to take that lead really

I haven't been able to see this documentary/movie, but before I do, I'd like to know if it makes any mention whatsoever of his brother William. William was there, saw everything that happened but to this day, has never testified or done anything to help exonerate his brother. That fact is also conveniently left out of the other documentary, A Case for Reasonable Doubt. If there is no reference to his brother in this documentary, I can only conclude it is biased garbage.

I think this film is very good, thank you for posting a new trailer. We have seen it twice and was moved more each time. I hope the US will see sense and get rid of the death penalty and join the civilised world.

I saw the movie last night (20 May) in London where Colin Firth and Lyvia Giuggioli spoke passionately and fervently about the film. It is self distributing and they asked us to try and get our local cinemas to show it. You can get in touch with your local Amnesty group - and perhaps invite them for a Q&A?
