HOLY COW!!!! are telling me that there is flint in Georgia? I'm so excited! I live near Athens and I have been told by everyone that the only thing to knap around here is quartz. I see a trip to the mountains in my future. I'm going broke buying it from Texas. Awesome video by the way thanks!

@thunderjar74 Well, hold your horses before you drive up here. We do have flint and chert but like I said in the video, most of it is pretty fractured. I've never found a Texas quality flint nodule here, not even close. I do know there is an abundant source along the Flint River in Albany. I've had a piece of it given to me and it was really great stuff.

@Woodenarrows The dogs really do enjoy it. Sometimes they just sit with this look on their faces that says "ahhhhhhhh"...it's pretty funny.

What are you knapping with
