@Coppulor "Gulay" (pronounced "goo-lie") is a southeast Asian term that can refer to vegetables or a dish chiefly comprising of vegetables, but is more often specifically used to refer to the vegetables in a dish. In the instance that I used it, its purpose was to reference the video's subject, which pertained to vegetables, as well as to provide an uncommon euphemism.
a good one for a snack is kale stripped of the stem chilled and dipped in olive oil or coconut oil and dipped into a mix of grounded flax and seseame seeds with some good salt. yummo. you can grind other nuts like pumkin with the salt, far out
Yep. I started drinking green smoothies, drinking green juice, and behold, I began loading my plates with lots of veggies, mostly deep greens but also multi-colored fruits and vegetables. Suddenly, meat, when eaten, became a side to the vegetables

My parents happily ate greens most all their lives and are in excellent health in their 80's.
I believe eating greens as well as other homegrown vegetables has improved their physical quality of life, I really do.

Eating greens raw will in fact HELP with digestion more than cooked because of the enzymes. And remember, you can always juice as well.
