Baoligao was 2003 Champion of the Sandawang (King of Free Fight) series. He is also ethnic Mongolian. Don't know much about Sitichok so if anyone knows more, please post. Thanks!

@ILike2DrinkAlot Thai focus onthe neck clinch but in principle leg clinch only on feet not touching the floor. That's the difference. Similar to grecco roman as in don't put hands down to grab opponents legs from the ground not only is it more visually heroic it makes sense in a real fight with no referee to break up a clinch when takedown is unsuccessful. If u train in unrefereed takedown eg wrestling and MMA u would know 50+% of takedown attempts are generally not completed leaving head open

Clearly Bao Li Gao is Sanda. He sidekicks, he does takedowns, and he uses the lead leg often.
