Craig Becker is an unelected and unconfirmed Obama Administration appointee who is working to force big companies to have unions. ALG Counsel Nathan Mehrens says this is a good person to have in the spotlight.
"Sometimes it seems he's president of the AFL-CIO, not the U.S.A. The man who said he wanted to double exports in five years has nothing to say about his National Labor Relations Board appointee's attempt to shut down a $1 billion plant being built by the nation's No. 1 exporter." --Michael Barone, Washington Examiner
They certainly have no right to tell a company where to set up business. There is no way this will survive in court. They can even use the 'the move to avoid strikes' as an excuse if they want to; that's their prerogative.
Good job on attempting to make another company want to leave America. If you don't have the freedom to operate in whichever state you want in the US, you may as well leave!!!! I hope that Boeing does leave to prove a point.
They are not “moving” the company to South Carolina! They are expanding the company and want to build a second plant in a right to work state and there is NOTHIN wrong with it.
