Plus, I worked on a Japanese chorus line for the song:

Wow, I remember this. Way back when Disney Channel use to be classy and actually tried to help assist in the mental and emotional devolpment of young children instead of now how it stunts them. Also yeah I loved the summer of hot days/cool nights and I'm pretty sure everyone did who grew up with Disney at that time, it was epic.

Also, this cut of "Hot Days, Cool Nights" is not the full version. There was another (maybe earlier) version which was at least three times as long and mostly set against animated footage.

EIther it was recorded using a shitty vcr, played back using a shitty vcr, recorded on a shitty tape, or somebody really abused the crap out of that tape! I'm hearing the hi-fi (stereo) drop out occasionally, leaving only the fuzzy mono track underneath to be heard at times. Everything else is pretty typical of a ten-year-old vhs recording.
