  • How much does this soup cost?

Vegan + Organic usually means double of double of cost. The creamer and vegan cream cheese you use?

  • @fidoggy Loving Hut is actually really inexpensive in what they charge to customers for each dish, and the portion sizes are tremendous. The component ingredients when purchased at the organic supermarket are not that much more in comparison to the conventional counterparts (maybe a $1 or so here or there). Plus the amounts used for smaller portions reduce the overall costs to pennies per serving anyway.

  • we have teeth just to eat meat its ment to be

  • "The simple fact with humans is that they taught themselves to eat everything. Humans have a digestive system consistent with herbivores. Human beings are not natural meat eaters. This can be easily pointed out by their teeth. Human teeth are not meant for tearing into flesh and bone."

  • Actually we have a digestive system pretty consistent with omnivores also.

  • @bubblebathgrl I believe in the theory of evolution. Chimpanzees usually eat fruit, but sometimes, they also hunt smaller organisms, and eat insects, rodents, lizards etc. Only as a small percentage of their diet though. I believe that we should follow a similar diet, by mostly eating fruits and vegetables, as few cooked things as possible as it's not natural, and we should eat meat, but only occasionally. This is my belief.

  • They need to open a loving hut in Omaha, Nebraska! I know it's the midwest but there are actually a large vegetarian/vegan group!

  • I could feel the love. Vegans rocks, that's great to think in animals, that's love.

  • @fidoggy

Curious why your even here? This is for Vegans not meat eaters.

I think somewhere in you, you KNOW eating meat is crewl, and bad for you, hence you must put Vegans down. I have the blood work to show this.My doctor praises my efforts to top health. I love living a Vegan lifestyle.

Thank you for showing in the love hippygourmet!

  • Please open this chain in Texas (Austin, SAT)... We would love it!!

  • Just made this delicious soup. I added 2 Tablespoons of the Chik-n-stock (vegan stock) to the water when I added the potatoes. Killer soup! The only problem was.... I went for another bowl. It was THAT good!

  • @tangopoder not if you remove them correctly. the potato skins are the ones that make you FAT, they were fed o the pigs to make them fat.

  • @hippygourmet human molars are not specifically geared for tearing meat, but our incsors and canines are well adapted for it. Also our digestive tract has somewhat of a difficult time digesting vegetation compared to other herbivores. Eating meat is definitely not a requirement in the human diet (if you eat the correct vegetables and legumes), but we are in fact adapted to do so. Anyways, great vid! The potato soup looks great.

  • oh man I cant wait to make this... the one in veganomicon is realllllly good also...
