This is a folk song composed by Lyonel Schmit. Anyhow the music is really cool to play.
I've recorded the song with a camera, so the sound isn't so good, huh ?
But pictures are beautiful ^^. Enjoy !

  • ужас, Страдивари в гробу перевернулся...

первый раз в жизни слышу эту мелодию

  • I didn't understand the first sentence...

anyhow, it may be a russian-influenced melody... not especially something traditionnal

  • nice melody but Lyonel Schmit isn't a very russian-sounding name

  • Yeah, but I think he adaptated a folk traditional russian music.. he didn't compose it

  • The video looks like an advertisement for Triton restaurant. It's not a Russian tune.

  • @ThorHDA Let me translate.

Horrid, the dead have turned in their graves.

The first time in my life have I heard this melody.

  • @kerier1911 let me try to translate this... its similair too croatian... translate it on normal russian language, i cant understand it??

  • "This is a folk song composed by Lyonel Schmit"

    Doesn't make sense....

Folk song is never composed by something, and of course not RUSSIAN folk song by Lonel Schmit...

    hehe :)

The point of folk music is a style of the performing and the connections to the land and the local tradition...

Other way - any 1st year talented composer can write a beautiful melody....
