FEC Train 109 at Iris 11/1/08

Another classic from TheRealTedMarshall's archives. FEC SD40-2 #709 leads a SB empty rock train back to Medley Yard. I caught them crossing the diamond at Iris in Hialeah, Florida. 709 was recently sent to the Goderich Exeter Railway in Ontario, Canada.

Yes it is. The FEC mainline crosses the CSX Miami Subdivision at Iris.
