  • I have the same rod with the Saragosa 8000 and PE4 (55 lb. test) Diawa boat braid.

    Dude, but 32 pounds?

    Seriously....Maybe 20

  • No, it was 32. I weighed it on my brand new scale. The jacks we catch never look big in the pics, I guess because we're big guys!

  • @SIRS15

BRO DUDE BUDDY get your facts strait before posting. PE4 Daiwa Boat Braid is 55lb. XD

  • @skullhart I have to agree. I fish AJs on the local wreck here in florida. a 32 pound Aj would school you. i fish a spheros 18000 with upgraded drag washers and 30 pounders smoke that reel. this fish is all of 20 maybe.

  • @skullhart bro just to let you know PE4 is actually 40lb braid.... not 55lb test like you mentioned !!

  • @xSGTSANDERSx actually, there is nothing wrong with the picture or the fish, it does appear to be in the 30+ pound range, its a fat one indeed.

  • Hi there

Can you tell the gear used??:

    Rod

    Reel

    Nuno

  • Beautiful! Ive never caught one before, but when I worked offshore, I would see them around the platforms and under the boat. Nice job
