@hindle11 no i take tkd and it takes a long time to get good the kick such as tornado spinning heal and 540 and thats a grandmaster in the vid it takes like over 40 years to get to 9th degree

Very impressive display! This "old-school" TKD represents the best in the art. It's too bad TKD has lost so much of its integrity in its pursuit of sport and showmanship.
