Now with a train station, i made a small mistake with the redstone pressure plate but it shows how simple it can be.
The station will deliver you to the incoming side and wait for you to get off and stand on the pressure plate, where a mine cart will boost it away to the holding section for the outgoing.
When outgoing, you stand on a plate to call a cart to the bay, it brakes on a stone plate and will wait indefinitely until you get onto it, the combined weight of the cart and yourself triggers the plate it used as a brake to call another mine cart to send you on your way!
The next booster is provided by mr pig.
The section after this is shown in another video and actually doubles as a failsafe, if you jump off before here (say you forgot something to take with you) the cart loops around and returns to the incoming stop pad.
The middle crazy part, is a booster for carts going in either direction, it looks a mess because of the way carts jump tracks South OR West, if it had not been a N/S track it would be a lot more simple-r haha.
The other station is a simple loop track with redstone / pressure plate to call the cart.
Thanks to bob minecraft cart tutorials for the making of this!

You have definitely earned your thumbs up :D (I'm working on minecarts too now, choosing directions to be precise.) Btw: Brakes don't always work, I fly over them sometimes lol

Nice video. Where did you get that texture pack? I've seen a few, but that one looks by far the best.
