This is another bass educational piece from Dave Marks and UK Bass Guitar Magazine. I really like this tune, it's really smooth. Learning these different style pieces from Dave Marks is a great way to expand your bass repertoire, and they're quite challenging to learn. The Roxy B4 recorded superbly, even with my novice recording skills. Great work dave !

  • A big thanks to you anahowana, from Melbourne Australia to Morocco :-)

  • Thanks basskopat. Actually, Dave Marks is the real amazing bass player, I'm just trying to learn from him and gradually become better myself....slowly getting there : - )

  • What is the difference between the US Roxy and the US BaseXoc? Will the Base X produce the sound/tone like the Roxey but with additional tones with the neck pup?

  • @Bassplayingboy I've never played the BaseXoc.......but I think it would be a bit more versatile as it has two pickups. i just liked the look and the simplicity of the Roxy with the single Delano pickup. It's got some great sounds and really is great value for money. Cheers

  • You're spot on about this bass being the best value for $ CobraJetCat. Pro sound at a budget price. I still like my Fender Jazz and Precision basses though : - )

Thanks for your comments iBlade90 - you must be doing a lot of youtube surfing to have stumbled on this video : - ) Cheers

  • spirit of Jamiroquai! and i love the human base!! Cheers From Morocco.

  • amazing bass player

  • I dig that growly humbucker sound! Solid. I wish Jamiroquai still sounded a bit like this. I miss the sophisticated "supercar" kind of sound.

    Nice, solid playing!
