A recent report by the Guardian alleged the US State Department would provide $30 million to the BBC for anti-jamming technology - technology which would prevent other governments, like China, from blocking the internet.Chris Chambers, a lecturer at Georgetown University shares his opinion and discusses what this all means.

  • some sweet info here

  • @ervin920 That's a bit harsh to them :L

  • @frogman249 i think fox is a bigger propaganda machine than bbc..... it is a topic of debate... you should watch fox, the news is like a kids tv show when they try and explain stuff.... relating perfectly to the now ''dumb'' average american

  • BBC=British Bloody Channel.

  • British people are gay buttfucking faggots.

  • @xiangfansb you are absolutely right !! well said !!

  • WOW OBAMA, WE ARE GETTING ECONOMIC BENEFITS FROM CHINA?!?!?!?!?

  • @xiongmu I never deny what you said might be right. What do you say about the nationalism in US? 90% articles, news, anything regarding China are negative, politically charged, bashing and stirring up anti-China sentiments and feeding the appetites of anti-China elements in US and around the world. And you expect China just keep mute? I travel to China and Taiwan too. The Chinese I encountered in mainland China were surprised to hear what I told them about the China bashing here.

  • @wikct2 No, people like you don't judge people like me. I have a graduate degree from 國立政治大學 in the R.O.C. Most of my views on the PRC come from ethnic Chinese professors and my time in China. People in Mainland China bash the U.S. because the PRC preaches nationalism in order to deflect criticism from their own problems and shortcomings. Even Mainland academics admit this. I know you're from Mainland China so don't play dumb with me.

  • @xiongmu well if America can stop its bashing toward to China on everything, then Chinese people might not be so defensive. It is action and reaction. Come on you know that. Don't play dumb. You are typical American who go around the world and telling others what to do and not to do but never really look at themselves how they treat others. Americans went to Iraq and bombed the country and killed innocent people but they expect the people there welcome them as if they are the savers.
