Really good footage! This was my favorite part of the air show. I was at the Saturday show. I love the manoover at frame 03:30 and also the slow fly by. Great footage thought. Very nice.

Yes. That is vapor. In slower flight the computer in the Hornets pulls the rudders in for pitch control I believe.
