I've come to discover this is why the Devils lost this series. This intro jinxed us!

This is the only clip I'm showing from Game 6, as another YouTube member has already posted everything else I was going to. You can find that here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40KX2ssMCGE

Clip is (c) Fox Sports and the NHL and no copyright infringement is intended against them.

  • hey whats the song at 0:11

  • at 0:03, happy schmappy. today, the devils hope to beat the pens again. LOL.

  • @deshy88umkc Invest in BBC America. It might be the best cable channel out there available in the US. I saw Big Bang Theory last night. At least in British TV, the hot girl gets naked at some point. I had to sit there and watch Kaley Cuoco eat. Not the same....

  • @surfer53 Big Bang Theory is a good show, at least in my opinion. There are lots of good t.v. shows to watch. Back in the days of All in the Family there was no cable television. Most cable shows these days are crap.

  • @deshy88umkc It's like a lot of things brought to America from other countries, mostly because America doesn't create anything anymore. You've got a top rated show on Fox from Gordon Ramsay, an English chef. Public TV was huge for a long time with its Britcoms. You watch Ramsay on US TV and he's talking down to the viewer and others on the show. It's like watching the Treehouse Network. It's sad that you guys once had All in the Family - now you have Gossip Girl.

  • @surfer53 Well unfortunately a lot of Americans are retarded about hockey. I wish hockey here got the ratings that the NFL or NBA has, but that isn't the case. I have never seen a game aired on CBC or TSN, so I can't say I know what they are like but I have always enjoyed the NBC broadcasts. The NHL is trying to establish a bigger fanbase here in the US, so if that means educating new fans by having the broadcasters explain the rules, then sobeit.

  • @deshy88umkc Because they always treat the viewer like they have no clue about hockey. I watched the Olympics on NBC and they were explaining the RULES! I swear, one time I heard, "If it goes in the net, it counts as a goal on the scoreboard." Back in the 90s on Fox, you had an ex-football player hosting NHL games. I hate to assume not every American hockey fan is retarded. And the way they cover events in Canada...incredible. Do people like to be talked to like a 2 year old?

  • @surfer53 Why do you U.S. broadcasts crack you up?

  • where can i watch the maple leafs vs devils eastern conference final from 98-99??

  • US hockey broadcasts always crack me up.
