1 - cereals = crap,
all cereals are fortified cause your government already admitted those foods are lacking all nutrients and they leach also from your body...
2 - wrong 8 amino acids are essential to heath -all found in meat some in plants but inferior (biochemistry)
are you still alive? are you sick? also check your nails/hair for nutrient content

@777pvtube well, it seems she does not know what she eats. she is eating synthetic b12 from those cereal. and another thing. protein does not make you fat. there is a difference between plant protein and animal protein - we need them both. most of the times (except from genetic diseases) you get fat by combining sugars and fat in your diet in an organism with slow metabolism. it has nothing to do with proteins.

what is the point of this video? to tell us that b12 comes only from bacteria? well it doesn`t. what you have in your oats is Cyanocobalamin, a synthetic form of b12 vitamin that is transformed in the body in the basic structure of the b12 vitamin that you talk about. it is used in food additives because it`s cheap and has the same results as b12 from bacteria. there are no cereals in the world with b12 coming from bacteria. there are some medicines but they are expensive.

That cereal is still a SUPPLEMENT. It's not natural.
-
Then why are you trying to change nature?

b12 is a molecule which comes from a bacteria. Vegans must suppliment and if you get a blood test each year you can compare results year-to-year.
tablets from cvs will run ten bucks for 200 count.
eggs are cruel because male chicks are ground up alive and their sisters grow up to lay eggs until they can not, and they are murdered when they can't give anymore.

yore fuckin retarded woman, you cant get b12 anywhere but eating meat if yore a human.

A serving of mushrooms provides over 20% of the RDI for each of the B vitamins riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, and the minerals selenium and copper. Mushrooms have bio-available vitamin B12 on the surface and in the flesh. Mushrooms naturally have vitamin D. They are the only non-animal food to have natural vitamin D. The near future will see vitamin D-enhanced mushrooms

B12 is not a bacteria, B12 is synthesized by bacteria, which live inside the digestive system of herbivores.
And as far as those people eating unwashed vegetables are getting their B12 from them, well they use human feces to fertilize their vegetables. It's the feces that provides the B12 not the unwashed vegetables.
You believe too much protein causes people to become fat? Really? REALLY? I guess it makes sense seeing as how you also believe B12 is a bacteria.
