@BnPac1 Through this time period she strained her vocals that she almost lost her voice. She wasn't off-key throughout the entire performance. Her voice was rough because of overuse. I think that this is a beautiful performance and the flaws are what makes it even more beautiful. Her voice went through a lot of changes, but her voice is still beautiful. It doesn't have that clear and melodious quality it use to have, but her voice is still soulful.

That was awful. She was off key throughout the song and was straining. But I adore that song.

@ShinyBeelover Alicia is an International superstar and she always had successful International tours, especially throughout Europe.

Alicia and Beyonce put up such different performances, there is really no reason to compare them. They have mutual respect for each other and even work together, there is no need for us to pit them against each other.

She sold over 30 million records and has so many awards! She just had a sold out concert on June 30th, where she just performed using only her voice and the piano., The AOL Piano and I concert. She had major success in the business and she is an A-list singer.
