The warriors of the Awakenings Movement Houston training for the October 17, 2009 Men's Health Magazine Urbanathlon in Chicago.
Here's footage from week 4, as we did this one Crossfit's "Cindy" style.
1. 5 Pull Ups/Chin ups
2. 10 Push Ups
3. 15 Squats
As many rounds as possible for 20 min.
1 round of each x 1 min/2 rounds of each x 2 min.
