Do you practice a lot before you record these sessions?

@ww3fugitive I want a run with a balance between clean and good time. Time is important and I always want to do better than just what's required to get the Platinum Medal but I'm a little more concerned with getting a clean and flawless run. I practice until I feel I have one and then I toss it up. Doesn't take me long.
