Steve You were my idol ever since I was 3 and the worst day of my life was right before i turned 7 when my mom told me you died. I couldn't stop crying. My life-long dream was to go to Australia Zoo and get an autograph from you. I miss you Steve.

@beccagreen108 Yes it is very dangerous but people mistaked or being a cruel evil dad or having some kind of mental issue when we know steve would never harm his child or anyone else. He always said to everyone from the start that we need to respect all animals that can certainly be dangerous. He knew exactly what to do and he said in a documentary that the croc was already well fed so he was calm and could hurt baby bob.

When are we going to care, our great grand children will not see any animals, do we need to show pictures of animals we have killed through taking over, I love Steve the first real guy.

Steve knew Exactly what he was doing with baby Bob & that croc! No, no one else should Ever try that, they're not Steve with a life time of skill & expertise. Those nay-sayers would have said that Bob Sr. was endangering & abusing Steve when he let his 9yr old son jump on his 1st croc. No one else can do what they do or compare to this family. Neither father was wrong. Steve was a Great Dad & Loved his kids more than breath! And God Bless Teri for raising the kids as Steve would,she's perfect!

I completely agree with you. Steve will never be forgotten. He did way too much for conservation and brought humanity to many who didn't understand about wildlife. He was one of the best dads ever also. You can't forget a person like that.
