First off let me just say I'm soooo sorry for not posting for a week! My schedule has literally been: wake up, school, badminton practice, shower, eat, homework, sleep for the past week. I'm going to try to write a couple chapters per weekend and post throughout the week, but don't be surprised if I only get to post on the weekends. But other than that I hope you guys enjoy :)
Also I would really appreciate it if you guys comment, I'm not one to ask for much, but encouragement is nice :)

Joe casually stepped inside his teammate's house, his eyes widened as he realized how many people were there. He quickly realized he friends must have gone a little overboard after hearing the word party. But Joe just threw the thought behind him, he was at a party and he needed to have a little fun; after all he deserved it for working so hard.
Joe smiled and waved when his name was called out various times as he walked through the crowd. He stopped once he reached David Henrie leaning against a small island table underneath a window into the kitchen.
"Joe." David roared in laughter as he greeted his friend, "Where have you been? This party's been going on for about an hour."
"Sorry, I just got caught up in things."
"Well that doesn't matter now," David reached to grab a glass behind him.
Joe automatically pushed his hand forward, "I don't drink."
David just shrugged, "Suit yourself. So where's your girlfriend bro?"
"Oh, you mean Demi? That's actually a good questioned. I should probably go find her, I'll talk to you later." Joe said aimlessly as he patted David's back before heading back out into the crowd.
It wasn't long before Joe heard the laughter of his girlfriend. Pushing through a few people, he smiled as he saw Demi seated on a stool. His smile immediately faded as he saw it was Allison she was talking to and it was Jared who had his arm over her shoulder.
"Joe." Demi almost shouted before getting up to give him a quick peck on the cheek.
The two then took a seat, sharing the same stool. "I see you've finally found your way here." Jared joked.
"I got kind of busy at the house," Joe informed, with a bit of attitude in his voice.
The group immediately became silent. God, why was he always so stupid. He needed to be able to control himself, "So girls, how was the mall?" He asked, in an effort to break the silence.
"It was good," he heard Allison's melodic voice respond, "but Demi here found most of the deals."
Demi giggled, "What can I say? My mom taught me right."
Joe smiled at his girlfriend's innocence before turning his attention back to Allison. He stomach began to knot as he saw Jared whisper in her ear.
Allison giggled before speaking, "We'll be right back." She said sweetly as the two got up and walked off.
"Aren't they cute?" Demi gushed as she turned to face her boyfriend.
"I guess." Joe murmured, "But Jared's kind of an idiot if you ask me.
"Okay," she held out, "And what does that have to do with the two of them?"
"I don't know," he quickly replied, "it just seems like they wouldn't be a good match."
"Well I think they're cute." Demi huffed as she stood up, causing Joe to follow. "I'm gonna go get a drink." She announced and turned away, not waiting for Joe to follow.

Selena flipped through the pages of her seventeen magazine in hopes of finding some inspiration for an outfit for Cody's party. She sighed in disappointment as she stopped at a quiz. "Find your perfect guy" it read in big bold letters at the top. Suddenly she heard the latch of her window begin to open.
She quickly rose from her bed and backed away from the window, "Selena. Please open the blinds."
Sighing in relief, she went to pull the blinds up, "What are you doing here Taylor." She ordered.
"And I thought you'd be happy to see me here." He chuckled as he hopped into her bedroom.
"Not at midnight, I'm not." She said sternly as she crossed her arms over her chest.
"Well what was I supposed to do; you weren't answering your phone." He explained as if it were totally logical.
"Maybe go to sleep like a normal person?" She argued back.
"Relax," he said soothingly as he rubbed the side of her arms and left a quick kiss on her lips.
"Taylor you need to leave before my parents find out." She continued to argue.
"Come on babe, we were on such a good streak."
"Taylor please don't call me babe." She asked, too tired to care if he really stopped, Nick used to be the only one to call her that.
"Alright" Taylor threw his hands up in mock defense, "You're tired, I get it. I'll just leave." He then turned and began to climb out of the window. "By the way Sel," he began, "I met your dad at the grocery store yesterday. I think it's about time you introduce me to him."
Selena froze at his words, "Don't worry." Taylor reassured, "I'm free next weekend, we can do it then." And with that he was gone leaving nothing but his promise behind.
